I have a career spanning over 19 years in corporate governance. Holding senior governance positions in both the UK healthcare and offshore financial services. In the last ten years I have been instrumental in digitising and improving governance processes internationally, realising efficiencies for governance professionals and increasing effectiveness to boards. In 2018 I joined Nasdaq Governance Solutions heading up global product strategy.  Assisting and working with some of the world’s largest organisations with their governance and board development needs.
