Embracing life and living

We are here for you

Katharine House Hospice’s aim is to enable people with incurable illnesses to live life as fully as possible and make the most of the time that they have, as well as supporting their loved ones.

Our care is free and provided where and when it is needed most – in the community, at home, or at our hospice.

Hospice care continues during our Building Care redevelopment

We continue to accept referrals across all services and provide specialist hospice care throughout our redevelopment project.

Our Inpatient Unit is currently based on Ward 8 at Stafford County Hospital, while our community, outpatient and wellbeing services continue to operate as normal.

Annually, our retail operation contributes over £1 million to help fund our specialist care, provided free to people in our community and their families. That’s thanks to your purchases and donations. Discover treasures at your local Katharine House shop or browse our eBay store – with fashion, furniture, and more arriving daily. Drop off a donation to put pre-loved items to good use. We even offer trusted, considerate house clearances, and free collection for larger items like furniture.
