Donations
Everything in our Hanley shop has been generously donated by people in the community. Your pre-loved items become part of the funding that enables Katharine House Hospice to continue providing free, compassionate care.
With your help, our shops raise over £1 million a year towards our care.

Volunteer At The Big Charity Shop – Hanley
Our Hanley shop is powered by the amazing contribution of volunteers. From helping on the shop floor to sorting stock behind the scenes, or serving customers at the till, there are plenty of ways to get involved.
Current opportunities include stockroom assistants, merchandising assistants, cashiers, and more. Volunteering is a rewarding way to meet people, gain new skills, and make a real difference in your community.
