Resources for healthcare professionals

Tools and information to support you and the people you care for.

Explore our free, downloadable resources to support your work. These materials help you share information about hospice care, educate patients and families, and raise awareness in clinics and surgeries.

What you’ll find:

  • Leaflets, posters and flyers
  • Our awareness film and animation

We provide free care for people with incurable illnesses – not just cancer – including heart failure and dementia. We also support families, carers, and loved ones, as well as healthcare professionals.

Our resources can help you:

  • Meet QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) requirements
  • Maintain GSF (Gold Standards Framework) registers
  • Explain hospice care and palliative support to patients and families
  • Guide people through diagnosis, treatment and care planning
  • Promote wellbeing and manage symptoms effectively
  • Share details of local services and referral pathways

We’re more than end-of-life care. Early palliative support improves quality of life and reduces crisis admissions.
