I would like to make a donation to place a dedicated heart on the Heart of Memories sculpture:

Suggested donation : £60.00
Renew the display of your existing heart for another 12 months. Do not select this option if you have not yet had a heart dedicated to your loved one.
Suggested donation : £160.00
A one-off donation (suggested donation amount £60) to keep your heart on the sculpture for three years. At the end of the three years, you will be given the choice to keep your heart on the sculpture by making a further donation or collect your heart for you to keep. Please note: The first £5 of your payment is for the purchase of the heart and any money received after this will be classed as donated funds received by the hospice.
