Suggested donation of £60 to dedicate a memory heart to a loved one(s) and have it displayed on the Heart of Memories sculpture for 1 year.

After 1 year, you will be given the choice to keep your heart on the sculpture by making a further donation or to have the heart sent to you to keep.
