The Stafford Half Marathon is one of the region’s biggest running events, and it’s back on Sunday, 22 March 2026.

Whether you’re pushing for a new personal best or ticking off a bucket-list challenge, this is your moment to go the distance.

Every mile you run helps local families facing incurable illness access our free, specialist care – giving them the support they need to make the most of every moment.

Register through Freedom Leisure, then let us know you’re running for us! Email events@khhospice.org.uk and we’ll help you set up your fundraising page, share training tips, and cheer you on every step of the way.
