Our Memorial Service is a gentle, supportive space for families to come together and remember loved ones.

Held every two months at our Therapy and Wellbeing Centre, it offers time for reflection and connection.

What to expect at our memorial service

  • A 30-minute service led by our hospice chaplain, Reverend David Clark
  • Readings, music and moments of remembrance
  • Refreshments afterwards, with a member of our Family Support Team available to talk and offer support

Who can attend our memorial service?

Families who’ve lost a loved one supported by us in the past 12–16 weeks will receive an invitation from our Patient Pathway Team.
