Golfers, get ready, our Charity Golf Day returns on Thursday, 2 July at the stunning Brocton Hall Golf Club.

This popular event brings together local businesses, community teams and supporters for a great day on the course, combining friendly competition with fundraising for our charity.

Long-time supporter Kevin Barry, whose wife Angela was cared for by the hospice, said: “The hospice cared for my wife Angela, and the care she received from the doctors, nurses and volunteers was second to none. Angela was treated with great love, respect, dignity and devotion by everyone. I’ll never forget it.

“The Golf Day is an enjoyable way to support the charity and highlight the phenomenal work they do.”

A firm favourite

The event has become a firm favourite with local golfers, with teams returning each year to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and support hospice care in their community.

Set on the edge of Cannock Chase, Brocton Hall’s 18-hole parkland course provides the perfect setting for a summer day of golf, networking and community spirit.

Community and Events Fundraiser Lyndsey Howard said:
“We’re really excited to welcome everyone. It’s always a fun, friendly event, and every team helps us continue delivering the compassionate care our community relies on.”

We’re also grateful to Brocton Hall Golf Club for hosting once again, and to our sponsors RAE BUILD and Pickering & Butters Solicitors for their continued support.
