A one off donation to keep your heart in place for 12 months.
In return for a donation to support our vital services, you can dedicate a heart engraved with the name of your loved one(s) and a personal memory or message.
The heart will hang securely on the Heart of Memories sculpture and you will also receive a commemorative card.
Hearts are available to dedicate all year round. As soon as your heart has been engraved and hung on the sculpture you will be invited to come along and view it.
Thank you for your continued support; it really is appreciated and makes such a difference to local families living with incurable illness.

Renew the display of your heart
£60 suggested donation
A one off donation to renew the display of an existing heart for another 12 months.
At the end of the time period selected (one or three years), you will be given the choice to keep your heart on the sculpture by making a further donation or collect your heart for you to keep.
Please note: The first £5 of your donation is for the purchase of the heart and any money received after this will be classed as donated funds received by the hospice. If you are renewing the display of an existing heart, the full donation amount will be classed as donated funds received by the hospice.

Inside the distinctive heart structure hang hundreds of smaller engraved steel hearts. Each heart holds a unique memory of someone who is deeply loved and missed.
Anyone can dedicate a heart. You don’t have to have had a family member cared for by us. You can dedicate a heart to a relative, friend, work colleague or anyone special to you.
Your dedication not only honours your loved one. It also helps our charity continue to provide our expert care to local people and their families.
