Memory Café

Living with dementia or memory loss? Drop-in for support and a cuppa.

Run in partnership with Alzheimer’s Society, this is a relaxed space for people living with dementia or memory loss, together with their carers.

At some sessions, we host educational talks that start at 1.30 pm, covering topics such as practical advice and carer support.

You can also:

  • get support and signposting
  • plan for the future by talking through a dementia diagnosis and what it might mean moving forward
  • socialise with other people affected by dementia.

An Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Adviser can also be available to offer specialist guidance and support.
