Due to redevelopment work on our Inpatient Unit, this year’s service will take place at St Mary’s Church rather than at our hospice.
Everyone is welcome to join us, whether your loved one was cared for by Katharine House Hospice or not.
During the service, we’ll come together to remember and celebrate the lives of those we miss. We’ll also switch on the Christmas tree lights as a tribute to loved ones being remembered.
The service will last around 30 minutes.
If you’ve dedicated a light, you’ll also have the opportunity to find your loved one’s name in our Book of Lights.

- Nearby parking is available at Tenterbanks Car Park, Tesco Stafford Superstore, Sainsbury’s Stafford and other Stafford town centre car parks.
- Please allow extra time to park before the service.
- The church is fully accessible. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us on 01785 270808, and we’ll be happy to help.
- Our service will be 5 – 5.30 pm.
- You can view The Book of Lights from 4 pm and after the service. Refreshments will also be available.
