What to expect at our Carers’ Group
When: every other Tuesday
Time: 1 pm to 3pm
Where: Therapy & Wellbeing Centre, Katharine House Hospice, ST16 3SB
What’s included:
- A friendly chat over a cuppa
- Time to relax and recharge
- Opportunities to share advice and coping strategies
- Access to our team for information about carer support services and therapy appointments

Wellbeing for Carers programme
Starting in January 2026, this 3-week programme has been created to meet the real challenges you face.
When: Thursdays – first block starts 8 January 2026

- Support from others who understand what you’re going through
