Open support sessions
Anyone who has an incurable illness, loved ones, carers and healthcare professionals can attend our drop-in sessions – no referral or booking is needed.
Each session takes place at our Therapy & Wellbeing Centre, Weston Road, Stafford, ST16 3SB.

Drop in
Have you been diagnosed with an incurable illness? Need advice and support?
Join us for a chat or meet with others and our friendly team. You can also refer yourself for our care and book clinical, support and therapy appointments with us.
We support a range of palliative conditions including organ failure (heart, kidney and liver), severe lung disease, multiple sclerosis, progressive neurological conditions and more.
Date: every Tuesday
Time: 1 – 3 pm
Bereavement Café
Our monthly Bereavement Café is open to anyone in Stafford and surrounding areas who’s lost a loved one to an incurable illness.
It’s a relaxed and welcoming space to chat with others who understand and talk about how you’re feeling. There’s no pressure to speak or attend every month – just come as you are, when you feel like it.

Memory Café
In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society, our new drop-in sessions are to support anyone affected by dementia, their carers, and healthcare professionals who want to find out more about how to support people with dementia.
Come along and have a cuppa with someone who understands. Our highly skilled staff can give you information and help signpost you to other support services. An Alzheimer’s Dementia Advisor will be available to give you specialist support and advice.
Date: third Wednesday of every month
Time: 1 pm – 3 pm
