In 2021, we launched a review into our care services through conversations with the people who matter most — patients and families, our staff and volunteers, healthcare partners and professionals, and members of our local community.
The feedback we received helped us to assess our provision of care and highlighted where we need to adapt to best meet the needs of our community.
Since then, we’ve continued to listen and develop our services to meet the needs of our community, resulting in our latest Care Strategy (2025–2029).
