Are you a highly motivated, dynamic, business focused individual with a strong flair for fashion and merchandising?

Do you have a retail background?

We are looking for a highly motivated and extremely well organised individual to manage our store in Leek, ensuring its success and moving the store forward – Could this be you?

You will have strong commercial skills and be instrumental in driving store performance and standards, whilst managing a team of staff and volunteers, This role is a physically demanding position within a busy retail environment which includes the lifting of furniture / donated goods.

Our 15 retail stores contribute to vital funds for Katharine House Hospice, which provides free specialist palliative care through a range of services to the people of Mid-Staffordshire. You will be working in a role that makes a positive difference every day in helping Katharine House to provide the best care to people in our community affected by progressive illnesses to live life to the full
