We now have an opportunity for a Retail Assistant at our Stoke store who would be interested in developing in this role to take on the responsibility as key holder.
This dynamic environment changes every day and the list of duties will be varied. You will assist the store management team in the daily running of the store and this all round position includes processing donations, till work, general housekeeping, pricing etc. This is a physically demanding position in a busy retail environment with some lifting of furniture/donated goods required.Ideally you will have experience in a retail/customer service environment, although training will be provided, and an enthusiastic and helpful attitude is a must. Key holder responsibilities would involve opening and closing the store, being involved in cash and banking tasks and having duty manager responsibilities as and when required. The hourly rate will be enhanced when key holder duties are undertaken.
