Job Ref: 
Salary: £10,500 per annum, actual (£17,500 per annum, full time equivalent)

Hours:       Up to 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the department and organisation

The co-ordination of a centralised but organisation-wide learning and development programme is paramount to the future development of our staff. We have identified a new opportunity for a highly organised confident individual, with strong administrative skills to support our managers in co-ordinating, conducting and recording learning & development within the organisation to ensure the best use of education and training resources.

The successful applicant will be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills. Experience of education or a teaching qualification, proficient to deliver some training courses would be a distinct advantage.

Although working hours will be agreed in advance, the successful applicant will need to be flexible in their availability for work, in order to enable them to provide support during busy periods of training, including some evening and weekend work.

Please note that due to the nature of this post, standard clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously known as CRB) will be required.

The post holder will be required to travel to sites across the organisation, and therefore required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to an adequately insured vehicle.
