Katharine House Retail has a partnership agreement with FCC Recycling (UK) Ltd trading as FCC Environment. We operate a re-use store at FCC Cannock Household Waste Recycling Centre and now have opportunities to join our team

Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store you will need to demonstrate working to targets and managing teams.  You must be able to support the development of this project and manage in the absence of the manager whilst ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience.  Working and adhering to regulations is essential in this role and a PAT testing certificate would be desirable. 

This dynamic environment changes every day and the list of duties will be varied, no one day is the same.  Commercially retailing re-use goods sourced from 14 household waste recycling sites this partnership will take recycling to new levels.

This is a physically demanding work environment with exposure to outside working conditions for long periods of time. Candidates must ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times whilst promoting the profile of the FCC/KHH partnership message.
