Admin Assistant to Matron


Job Ref: HCAA03

Hours:  18.75 Hours per week    –    Tuesday to thursday 1pm to 5pm

                                                                         Friday 9am to 3.45pm

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to the Matron. Occasional cover for other administrative posts will be required.

You should have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; the ability to be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload is essential.  You must be a team player and be flexible and with a ‘can do’ approach to your work.  You will have excellent demonstrable IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
