Extreme Warrior Web Information
We’re extremely disappointed to take the decision to postpone our Extreme Warrior Event which was due to take place on Saturday 21st March due to concerns over the spread of Coronavirus Covid 19. Whilst the risks were deemed to be extremely low, the numbers attending will be high, and a number of groups have already made their own decisions to withdraw. We are very sorry that this will be disappointing news but the welfare of our supporters, staff and volunteers is a high priority and we would wish to make this difficult decision sooner rather than later. Extreme Warrior raises a substantial amount of funds which go directly to providing our free care so to postpone the event is very disappointing to us.

Why has the Extreme Warrior been postponed?
The welfare of our supporters, staff and volunteers is our first priority. With the spread of the coronavirus Covid 19 as such we have made the difficult decision to postpone the event. We have also been contacted by some participating groups who have expressed that would not taking part at this time due to current concerns about Coronavirus.
Will the run be rescheduled?
Yes! Extreme Warrior is one of the most important events in our calendar – whilst being a great event to take part in – it raises vital funds to support our free care.
Can I have my registration fee back?
Of course! Whilst we will be running the event at a later date, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or transfer to another event to anyone who would like one.
What can I tell my sponsors?
We really appreciate your time and dedication in gaining sponsorship and for your kind friends and family who have supported you. Please advise your sponsors that the event has been postponed to a date later in the year to be confirmed. If your sponsors would like to have their sponsorship money back the fundraising team are more than happy to help.
