She heads a consulting and coaching practice in Stafford which she set up in 2006. Her work focuses on helping organisations to perform at their best, whether it is through strategy, performance improvement or leadership development.    She acts as an independent investigator and Chairman of disciplinary panels and has also delivered coaching, workplace coach training and leadership and management development in Qatar.   All of her work is across the public, private and not for profit sectors.     Prior to this she gained over 20 years experience in senior management roles in the public sector at Director and Chief Executive level, leading and managing major change programmes and service delivery in complex political environments.

Judith has been a Trustee of Katharine House Hospice in Stafford since late 2006 and chairs the Staffing and Support Services Committee.   She supports the hospice because she belives passionately in its core belief of “embracing life and living” and because it has a superb team of staff and volunteers all committed to this belief .   She is keen to support the community and feels strongly that if more people gave up some of their time for free to help the community the world would be a better place for us all.
