Jennifer was an Executive Secretary for British Printing and Communications Corporation in Oxford and then Secretary to the Director of Nursing Services at Stafford General Hospital before entering into the legal profession.
Qualifying in 1994 Jennifer took up a position with Alexander Harris Solicitors in Altrincham, specialising in clinical negligence, before moving to Hand Morgan & Owen, where she is now an Associate and the firm's Quality Manager. She specialises in risk management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and professional indemnity insurance.
Well known to the trustees as the board's volunteer minute secretary, Jennifer is also a keen hockey player and a co-founder of the Phoenix Blues Ladies Hockey Club, where she is presently the secretary. She is also vice-president of the Stafford & District Law Society and was a governor of Brooklands Independent Preparatory School from 2002-2010
