Salary: Up to £33,320 per annum, relevant qualifications & experience required.
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week
We are looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Staff Nurse with extensive palliative care experience and leadership skills to join our team at Katharine House Hospice. The ideal applicant will work a rotational shift pattern, but we are willing to consider flexible working to suit the needs of the service
We provide specialist palliative care on our In-Patient Unit along with Hospice at Home, Community Services, Bereavement Support and Wellbeing Services. We are in the process of redeveloping our services to ensure that we continue to provide outstanding care to our patients.
As a Senior Nurse the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that professional standards are reflected in practice. As part of the MDT, you will provide clinical and professional leadership to a team of RNs and HCA ensuring NMC standards are maintained.

Katharine House Hospice provides ongoing support with professional development, clinical supervision and access to staff counselling services. Uniform is provided along with free parking. We are also able to provide access to the NHS pension scheme if you are currently an existing member. Please note, an enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role.
