Salary: £8,839 per annum, actual, pro rata (£17,446 per annum full time equivalent)

We now have an opportunity for a Retail Assistant at our Penkridge store who would also have responsibility as key holder.

Assisting the manager in the running of the shop the list of duties will be varied and includes processing donations, till work, general housekeeping, pricing etc. Ideally you will have experience in a retail/customer service environment, although training will be provided, and an enthusiastic and helpful attitude is a must. This is a physically demanding position in a busy retail environment with some lifting of donated goods required. Key holder responsibilities would involve opening and closing the store, being involved in cash and banking tasks and having duty manager responsibilities as and when required. The hourly rate will be enhanced when key holder duties are undertaken.
