Patient Pathway Administrators – Full and Part Time
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week, 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Part time – 18.75 hours per week, 9am to 12.45pm, Monday to Friday
Both with flexibility to meet the needs of the organisation
Salary: £18,907 per annum, pro rata

The organisation is seeking two highly motivated and extremely well organised individuals to join our Patient Pathway Team which assists our Care Team in supporting patients and their families who access our services. It contributes to the effective co-ordination of their care as part of an integrated approach.
It is essential that the post holders have the ability to be flexible, while using their own initiative and with an enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude. The post-holders will support the Care Team by providing co-ordination, administrative and clerical support, with both internal and external care professionals from referral to discharge throughout all our services. Excellent IT skills and previous experience in an administrative role is therefore essential. The post holder will work under the direction of the Administration Manager. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the department, for example, attending occasional evening meetings.
