Salary: £17,885 to £20,400 per annum, relevant qualifications & experience required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with short and extended shifts on an internal rotation of duty basis.

An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant within our In Patient Unit. You will support the Registered Nurse to deliver high quality care and to participate in giving the highest possible standard of palliative nursing care to patients and their families. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent standards of patient care and good communication skills to join us and be part of our team.
An NVQ 2 in Care and experience in a healthcare setting is essential

Katharine House Hospice provides ongoing support with professional development, clinical supervision and access to staff counselling services. Uniform is provided along with free parking. We are also able to provide access to the NHS pension scheme if you are currently an existing member. Please note, an enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role.
