Masquerade Summer Ball 2012Friday 29th June 2012The Hospice Annual ball which usually takes place in October will now be taking place in June as a Summer Ball. Masquerade Summer Ball - Over 200 tickets already sold Friday 29th June 2012 You are invited to spend an evening of mystery and glamour at the masquerade Summer ball. Arriving on a warm summer's evening you will be greeted with live music and a comlimentary glass of fruit punch. Guests will then be invited to unmask during a themed table game before sitting toenjoy a delicious three course summer menu. After dinner you will be treated to a live performance by professional operatic and classical crossover duo Solo Voci. Their credits include Wembley Stadium, The Royal Albert Hall and St Peter's Basilica, Rome. Trained at the highest musical and artistic levels at the UK's leading institutions, they are sure to add a touch of glamour to a fabulous evening. Throughout the evening guests will have the opportunity to win hundreds of prizes on the popular tombola and bid against their masked rivals in a live auction of wonderful donated lots. All the funds raised at the Summer Ball will help Katharine House Hospice continue to provide free care services to patients and their families coping with the challenges of life limiting illnesses. As the sun goes down the Cartoon Kings will get up on stage. This energetic and versatile 5 piece rock and pop band will play you right through to 1am.
