Katharine House At Home

The “At Home” service is designed for patients requiring end of life care and will be provided in the patient’s own home. “At Home” advocates a holistic approach to care to meet the individual needs of patients and those close to them. The service is nurse-led with a Team Co-ordinator, Staff Nurse and a team of Healthcare Assistants.
